I bought this during Prime Days, so I got a great price. Also, the oil base is of good quality and disperses the fragrance well, while many cheap diffusers use alcohol so they don't work well. I did not give it 5 stars, however, for two reasons. I feel that all refills should come with new reeds. I knew these did not come with them, but I still feel they should. The primary reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I totally didn't expect "Refreshing Air" to smell like Clean Laundry. I don't particularly like the smell of Clean Laundry or Cotton Linen and wouldn't have bought it if I knew that it smelled like this. They should have included more description about the scent. That is what we're buying this for after all - the scent.
