3. For a stronger scent, use more reeds. For a lighter scent, use fewer reeds.

Why does the diffuser smell weak?
The strength of the fragrance can vary depending on temperature, airflow, humidity, and where the diffuser is placed. For best results, place it in a well-ventilated indoor area away from direct sunlight and strong drafts.
How can I make the scent stronger?
To make the fragrance stronger, add more reeds or flip the reeds over periodically. If the reeds become dry or clogged over time, replacing them may help improve diffusion.
I accidentally got diffuser liquid on my skin. What should I do?
If diffuser liquid gets on your skin, wipe it off immediately and rinse thoroughly with running water. If irritation continues, seek medical advice.
Should I ventilate the room while using the diffuser?
Yes. We recommend using the diffuser in a well-ventilated area and allowing fresh air to circulate regularly.
Can I use it around children, elderly family members, or pets?
Please use caution around children, elderly family members, and pets. Keep the product out of reach and do not allow anyone to ingest the liquid.
What should I do if the diffuser liquid gets on leather, wood, plastic, or fabric?
If the liquid spills onto leather, wood, plastic, painted surfaces, or fabric, wipe it off immediately with a soft cloth or tissue. The liquid may cause discoloration or surface damage if left on delicate materials.

When will my order ship?
Processing may take 1 to 2 business days and orders placed after 1pm KST are processed the next business day. You will receive a fulfillment and shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

You may return products within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we only accept products that are new and sealed in original packaging.
Please note that shipping for returns is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.
